Francois,

What do you mean when you say you are curious about her? What is it that
you are trying to find out? Do you want info on her husband and children
and further descendants or her parents and ancestors?

You'll have to provide more information. Where in England was she born and
what was her husband's name and where did she live in the US?

Without her husband's names, she's going to be next to
impossible to track in the US.

There are ARCHER families all over the US, so that's not
much use as a marker. Anne Antoinette isn't going to be
particularly distinctive either what with the French Creoles
along the Gulf of Mexico and the Acadians in Maine and
points south and the Huguenots in South Carolina.

We need his name and if the gods are with us it's unusual
enough to be definitive.

I think she must have married in the US, there's no marriage for Ann

Antionette Archer in the appropriate time period on FREEBMD, which suggests
that she didn't marry in England or Wales (unless she didn't use the middle
name, of course. There's also nothing on the IGI, which for Scotland carries
marriages extracted from original records.
As Cheryl says, we need the husband's name.
Help us to help you by providing enough info to give us something to go on!

Hi Mike,

I've been around, just lurking mostly. Now that the kids are out of school,
I'll have a little more free time since they won't have so many activities,
concerts etc.

I've been working on a couple of family lines that were difficult and am
making some progress. I hooked up with a distant cousin recently and he
hired a woman to do some research for him so she made a couple of
interesting discoveries in Annapolis that have been very helpful.

Most of my research has been done online or through the mail and through
family interviews. I can't really do much traveling with four kids although
sometimes I'd love to just jump in the car and drive away...far, far away!
;-)

Hope you had a wonderful Father's Day!
