Dr. Ronald James Stewart, London

I was searching through a junk shop today and found several diplomas
of a man named Ronald James Stewart, who graduated from the London
Hospital in 1841.

I'm immensely curious about this fellow-- his professors gave him
glowing reviews, and he had so many diplomas that I can't help but
wonder what ended up happening to him afterwards. I tried checking to
see if the London Hospital has a search-able archive, but apparently
that information is only available by appointment to researchers--
since I live in the US and London is more than a little out of my way,
that may not be entirely feasible.

If anyone knows of any way I can track down this interesting fellow,
I'd be much obliged. Searching the geneology sites hasn't revealed
much, but I'll keep looking. Thanks in advance!

you need to find his death recorded in USA first

then family naturalisation . . .

K: Well, if it is the same fellow, I would check the Erie County New
York Medical Society. There is a James Stewart or R. J. Stewart or
James R. Stewart in Collins, Erie, New York in 1850, 60, 70 and 80.
Then I lose him. Wife, Diana and children Charles, Emily & Eliza J.
Signed a petition to Congress in 1854 as Ronald James Stewart. Also
might want to check any Erie County Bio sites. Good hunting.
BTW, one census says born Hampshire, England.
