Polish Translation

Is there anyone that could translate something I have in Polish. I'm hoping
and praying that it is a clue to my Great Grandfather.

This paragraph is from the Polish site:
66/28/0/1616 reason and Hypotheken Akta of properties the Bavarian refuge
NR 13. Now Bavarian refuge sheet NR 33; [1777] 1881-1910; poszyt; DO
konserwacji; rekopis; neogotyk; niemiecki; k.86; A4; ; ; hasla indeksu:
Bavarian refuge; Dobrobadz; Blumberg August; Klatte Martin Ferdinand; Give
Johann; Schulz August;

This is the translation that was returned:
66/28/0/1616 reason and Hypotheken Akta of properties the Bavarian refuge
NR 13. Now Bavarian refuge sheet NR 33; [1777] 1881-1910; poszyt; FOR
preservation; manuscript; neogotyk; german; k.86; A4; passwords of (mottoes
of) indices Bavarian refuge; Dobrobadz; Blumberg August; martin Klatte
Ferdinand; Give Johann; Schulz August;

It might be my age or my ignorance but it doesn't make any sense to me. I'm
lost so I don't know where to go from here.

I'll give it a try. All my research has been in the US or Germany so I'm off
on another adventure - Polish.
Thank you for sending me the site. I had already printed off the Polish
dictionary figuring I was going to need it with this new adventure.
