Some do, some don't. The most famous AmerInd-only census
are the Dawes Rolls and the Guion Miller Rolls.

Here's a link to enumerator instructions for 1850 forward. "Indians" are
mentioned specifically starting in 1860.

They've changed their website, so it you had a 'bookmark" or 'favorite'
for the site, you may want to revisit and get new ones.
