A big hit today from Terry in Ohio

Hi everyone.

I've just got to share one of those lucky hits from today. For
several years I have been asking about Versch and Abraham. Well I got
lucky today. Found Vaersch instead of Versch on the Strassburg
arriving May 26, 1882 in Baltimore. Julius, Wilhelmina, Herman and
infant Martha Plus Wilhelm Abraham, Wilhelmine, and Herman.
Julius and Wilhelmina had 10 children of which only 2 survived, Herman
and Emma. There weren't any transcribers notes on the bottom of
Ancestry's images, only a count that 2 died during the voyage.
If anyone has access to the transcribers notes, could you check who
died. Most of the Versch stillborns and infants are buried in
Sheboygan, Wi. If Martha died on the voyage, perhaps she was buried at
sea.

In addition, I found a distant cousin on the Shadduck side and he sent
a pix of my great great grandfather Ben Shadduck and!!!!!!! his mother
too. What a day.

You folks have sent me data over the past few years and I am really am
grateful.
