What's a "B. of P. S. Voucher"?

Trying to figure out which of my ancestors owned a book I just came into
possession of ...

It's a "Pocket Medical Dictionary" which makes perfect sense, several of the
sisters in the family this came from became nurses. The copyright is 1910,
and the likely owners were born in 1889 and 1896.

There's nothing obvious (like a "return to") to show who owned it, the main
clue is a piece of yellow lined paper on which the owner copied the poem
"If" by Rudyard Kipling. Printed on the paper are the lines

ate B. of P. S. Voucher
5-A HOSPITAL

One of the sisters who became a nurse was active in France during WW1 ...
the other was a nurse at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. They both grew up
in Cincinnati.

Do these cryptic lines ring any bells with anyone? It would be very
meaningful to find out that she took this book with her while on duty in
France ...

Thanks!
Chris
