N Dakota marriage c1904
Would a marriage in North Dakota around 1904 have the parents names on
the certificate or just the bride's and groom's names?
The couple concerned were John Wesley MIDDLETON (b 1856 Manchester,
Lancs, England) and Ethel -?-
I don't know where in N Dakota either, sorry. The above is all the
information I have atm.

This may not be the ones you're looking for, but in Stutsman Co, ND Ethel
Hall married a Walter Middleton in 1904 and then in 1905 she married a Scott
Middleton. She is shown on the 1910 Stutsman Co, ND census living with her
father and step-mother, William and Alice Hall. Ethel has a 3 year old
daughter named Frances. So she would be the daughter of Scott Middleton.
