Depends which family, county and time period the OP is interested in. For
example, I see that Adam Smith married Eve Margaret Tussing on 23 Jan 1802
in Shenandoah, Virginia, USA. There's not way to tell whether this is the
couple in question.

Beginners (which I assume the OP to be) should note that they should provide
sufficient information to help us to help them. Surname, last possible
location and approximate time period are the most useful.
