Sure but what do you want to know? Individuals? Probably not much.

Tina,

During World War I there were three registrations. The first, on June 5,
1917, was for all men between the ages of 21 and 31. The second, on June 5,
1918, registered those who attained age 21 after June 5, 1917. (A
supplemental registration was held on August 24, 1918, for those becoming
21 years old after June 5, 1918. This was included in the second
registration.) The third registration was held on September 12, 1918, for
men age 18 through 45.

The newspapers were required to publish the draft registrants. If you know
where he was living you can check the newspapers for those dates.

RootsWeb database has a partial listing of WWI draft registrants.

So does USIGS:

Somewhere at the national archives http://www.archives.gov/ you should be
able to find the list of U.S. casualties for WWI. I haven't been able to
find it today, but a couple weeks ago I saw it.

WWII
check these for casualties:

WWI registration cards were microfilmed and are available at the
National Archives. Many are also available through the LDS Family Histoy
Centers. Not as convenient as online, but maybe as close as where you
live and for a small fee to order the microfilm.

Some WWII draft registration microfilm is also available through the
LDS. See http://www.familsearch.org
