Sadlier, Mrs Mary Anne, author, is the eld. dau. of Francis Madden of
Cootehill, Co Cavan Irel. B there Dec 21 1820, she was ed. partly by private

contribute to La Belle Assemblee (Lond) a mag. published under the patronage
of the late Duchess of Kent. After coming to Canada she m. Nov 1846 Jas.

John G Ruel, Royal Marines, by his wife Catherine B Clery and was b. at
Pembridge House, Welsh Newton, Herefordshire, Eng. October 22 1820
Ed at Monmouth High School, and at the Grammar sch. St John N.B. he
entered the common clerks office in the latter city July 1839, promoted.....

Rubidge, Henry Alfred, railway service, was b. at Peterboro' Ont Mar
12 1850 Ed. there he entered the service of the Chicago and Eastern Ill Ry.
as a clerk 1875. Promoted chief clk and genl book keeper 1877, he was
further advanced 1882 by appt to the office of auditor and in 1885.....

Morrison, James Frank, electrician, was b. in St John NB April 18
1841, ed. by private tutor, he went to Boston 1855 where he studied
telegraphy. In 1862 he entered the service of the Baltimore and Ohio Ry Co
and keeping his mind constantly on electrical matters soon became a
recognized expert in all branches of the art. Apptd supdt. of the fire alarm
system Baltimore, he entirely reorganized it, and in 1878 ......

George Graham, County Treasurer of Peel, is a son of Thomas and Ann
(Dixon) Graham, both from the North of Ireland and was born in the City of

States, and he was obliged to remain there until the war was ended. In 1820
