Could the middle L in his name stand for Leo or Lee or Lea?

Follow the instructions. Maybe you can obtain more information on Marvin.

If you do a search on RootsWeb Social Security Death Index, you will not
find Marvin, but you will find 22 Noppert listings, with 5 of them being
issued SS numbers in Ohio. Here is the site.

I don`t know when he was born.
