Through the Family History Library system the Naturalization records are
available on microfilm.
This includes: Indexes to naturalization petitions to the U.S. Circuit and
District Courts for Maryland : 1797-1951 and the actual naturalization
records.

The card catalog for this system is available online, at
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library ... t_fhlc.asp

This means, you can view the microfilms at a Family History Center in a
place near you. Here is
where you can find a local FHC.

They are probably also available at the National Archives branch serving the
Baltimore area,
which is in College Park.

See http://naturalizationrecords.com/usa/

Choose MARYLAND from the state list, bottom of page.
Instructions are given there, plus links to all online
databases
