Parents to Hans Poltröek, born 1876

Can anyone help me with the parents to Hans Poltröek, Hans was born in 1876 in Hamburg,Germany or in Poland. In 1906 he was in Norway and get a child together with Therese Tiberg from Sweden. The child got the name Hans and was later adopted and then took the surname Graarud. As the history goes shall Hans Poltröek have been a musicer, and I wonder if anyone out there can help me with his parents. Thank you in advance.
