grazing in the web I came to your site (I was looking for Rist/Ringemuth).

Caspar Rist was a great-9-grandfather of me, his wife Margarethe Ringemuth.
So we are something like great-8to10-cousins...

On your site I found: Ringemuth - von Schröder - von Rappe
Can you tell me the source of your information of these names?

It was known to me that Laurentius, son of Caspar, went to Norway abt. 1645

Grandfather (mother-side) of Caspar is not known; your list shows Hans Baur as grandfather (mother-side) as all the other printed and known sources.
But this is not quite correct, but too long a story to be told now...

Another son of Caspar (8 children) was Johann Rist, a famous pastor and poet of that time, as you perhaps know.
One daughter of Caspar was Margaretha Rist, she married in Ottensen to pastor Arnold Schepler, this is my line; they had 24 (!) children...

Dette er vel hentet fra Slekten Rist som en fra Tverlandet i Bodø har skrevet. Husker desverre ikke navnet på forfatteren men han finnes vel på BIBSYS
