handelsmann i Hafslo og gårdbruker på Tang,
Peder Clausen (Rumohr) (Moe) Tang (født 1858) og
Anne Kirstine Pedersdatter Tang (1857-1901),
g. 1881, med 10 barn, bl.a.
Per 1882, Lena 1884, Chlaus 1885, Anna, Andrew P. 1890, Carl ?

Per ble boende i Hafslo, mens Andrew P. (Andreas ?)
åpenbart dro til Amerika, der han ble gift (ingen barn).

Karyn i (Washington state), USA, (se nedenfor) har bilder av Andrew,
og vil gjerne finne hans "xxx grand onkel" familie i Norge
for å sende dem bildene.

Håper noen kan hjelpe henne.

Thanks for your interesting message.

The 6 children you mention seems to be of
farmer Peder Clausen (b. 1858) on the farm named Tang,
in rural community of Hafslo, county of Sogn og Fjordane
in Western part of Norway. He came from the Moe farm,
and married (in 1881) Anne Kirstine Pedersdatter Tang (1857-1901),
daughter (oldest ?) of Peder on the Tang farm, which farm seems to
have become his by marriage to AK, with whom he got 10 children.
He remarried in 1907 with Brita Jonsdotter Husaboe (5 children).

I guess there are lots of descendants in Hafslo of
Peder and Anne Kirstine, and that they would be
delighted to have the picures of their "grand xxx uncle" Andrew
in America.

I'll make an attempt to reach these people by posting
a message in a news gruoup, and I'll give you a message back
if any luck in this !

I am researching Tang family and in the WW1 register Chlaus Tang put
Peder Tang Sr. of Hafslo, Norway his next of kin.... the children of
Peder Tang Sr. so far were Per b/1882 Lena b/1884, Chlaus b/1885,
Anna, Andrew P. b/1890 and Carl all in Norway. i have a pic with lots
of people in it that says in Hafalo noted Dec but cannot read rest of
date. Names are in Norwegian. Are connected to this family? I have a
lot of Andrew Tang pic of his family, is ours by marriage with no
children born of this union would like to get thease Tang pic to the
right family. I know that Per lived in Hafslo in Sogn & Fjordane
whatever that means.... He married Sigrid Wulfsberg and raised a
family there no idea what the childrens names are. Any connection?
