Sanåsa bygdebok

I have volume 4 of the Snåsaboka by Gunnar Skavlan. My paternal ancestors are connected to the Skavlan farm (Ole Schavland, parish priest in Strand, Rogaland is my gr+ grandfather). The book I have pages 209 - 224 are missing (printer mistake). Is there any way that I can pruchase another copy of the book or can the missing pages be scanned and emailed to me?
