Index of farms & subfarms in Sogndal bygdebøker

As I was going through the 5 Sogndal books, I saw that there was not a master index for the farms and subfarms listed, so I typed one up, and have attached it to this message for downloading by anyone who would find it of value.

I am sure that there are some typographical errors -- if you let me know of them, I will gladly make the corrections.

Also, if you think an alternative form would be better, let me know, as I will be making other such indexes.
