Helmik Tønnesen 1863-1951

My great grandparents Helmik & Cecilie Tønnesen lived in Farsund. An archivist has said "there is a lot of information in our archives about the family". I'm not sure if that information is at the Statsarkivet in Kristiansand or in Oslo. I am looking for someone that might be willing to help me; do you have any suggestions?

dates and children and perents and where they all was born or/and where they was livin g.

I do, and you have the right person: Helmik Olai Tønnesen was born in Farsund Dec. 4, 1863 and died in May, 1951; I do have documents relating to his estate. Cecilie (Silia Petra Amalia) Sørenson was born Sept. 19, 1868 (Vanse 1861-1878). She died in 1942 (Gravminner I Norge). Family tale is that she died as prisoner of war, but I haven't been able to disclaim nor verify that.

And the memory was my Grandmother's who has been gone many years now so, you're right, it might be incorrect and we can't ask her about it. Thank you very much for your time.
